Samsung LN40B650 40-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV with Red Touch of Color Reviews.

It was very easy. Television is not handmade paper, but it is loaded in a thumb drive that plugs and plays. We have the TV on the roof of the new digital TV antenna and it works very well with some adjustments. There is search function that searches for all channels and local channels are created for immediate use by remote.

The picture is very good if you never had digital TV. It is very loud and clear on HD channels. We have done little to measure, even if we lower the brightness and selecting the “natural” style. The color is excellent and very true to life. Nature of the PBS program of the channels are really impressive and very similar to those in the film.

We have not tested BluRay DVD’s, but we have connected our 10 years old clunker DVD / CD and DVD, it was great. Music CD, Renee Fleming is nice, but the TV does not have a stable system of speakers and we will in the future with a home theater system.

All data is in the rear right side, are well marked and easy for the layman to use. I am not a techie, but had no problems to it to television. Overall we are pleased with this purchase and I hope to see results in BluRay. I hope that the price creep, which is most of the LCD market, we can not afford to go to that level.
